I signed up for 50 Mbps. But, we routinely get 60 Mbps. None of us game online. So, we don't need fast upload speeds.

You don't need fast download or upload speeds when gaming. You need good latency.

I'm using PLDT Fibr in my condo and I get consistent 100Mbps down/30Mbps up speeds. In residential areas, it should give you a symmetrical 100/100 speed if pure fiber optic cabling is used up to the house. In older condos without provision for fiber optic cables, they use fiber to copper (VDSL2) which is why the max speeds are 100/30.
