"you are log in to a temp file" - Please HELP

my daughter's dell laptop is having an issue now...

2-days ago while starting her laptop, may nag-prompt daw na "you are log in to a temp profile" upon start up... tapos kailangan daw ng update

then click siya sa link... all are automatically done after clicking the link.

reboot after the update..."the group policy client service failed the log on access denied" na raw ang lumalabas

OS is windows 7... mga gurus, what seems to be the problem? anybody can shed some light. TIA

question lang.... yun username ba niya ang admin account? kung admin account yun kanya i would suggest recover muna yun files sa HD then reformat mo na lang

sinubukan ko rin si pareng google pero sabi Windows 7 bug pala ito at karamihan sa dell laptop nangyayari.

hit and miss thing din siya dahil yung remedy na ibinigay ay pwede sa iba pero ayaw naman sa iba.

now, my daughter totally can't log in no more... naghahanap na sya ng OS ngayon na gagamitin after reformat

medyo nahirapan siyang maghanap ng magre-reformat... about 4-hours ang layo by bus ang nakita niya. btw, she's in NZ
