my brother has one and he seems quite satisfied w/ it. i'm told that he lugs it all around manila even though it's quite a throwback in terms of portability pero i suppose, whatever works and kung saan ka makakatipid go na din siguro talaga

bhong navarro yung chik ah. malay nyo, yan ang magiging susunod na trend in communications.

anyway, i have one of these. for i had replaced by PLDT landline with Bayantel Wireless. suits me fine, and a bit cheaper too compared to the monthly recurring charges of PLDT. got it for 1990 + 699 MRC.

may mga nokia cellphone units din na inooffer ang bayantel for this service, so it just looks like you are using a cellphone. mas mahal nga lang ang unit cost nya. i think nasa 4k.

bro, afaik CDMA is a WLL standard, and afaik, WLL pertains more on broadband (internet) connectivity.

CDMA is more on voice transmission instead of data transmission wirelessly.

correct me if i'm wrong ha?

i remember Digitel yung unang nag-offer nito under the Mango brand name but it didn't take off because I guess people wanted a bigger service provider to offer it. Kailangan pa kasing i-test kung malakas ang signal sa bahay e.

Glad to see that Bayantel and PLDT have it na rin.
