    I had that problem before on my samsung ativ tab3, but from win 8.0 version. A full reset of the system cleared the problem and headed straight to 8.1. Never had that problem again.

    Mine is installed on a HP Envy 23. Mahirap pag full reset, need to install all the softwares again.
