Window Type Aircons, where best to buy?

Window Type Aircons, where best to buy? summer na e, need to upgrade my aircon. preferrably Carrier o Condura

Carrier, York, Panasonic, are okay. So far, yun pa lang nasubukan ko that I can recall. We used to have a Condura pero ang umingay after a year so we sold it.

There's LG and Samsung but I wouldn't bet the Samsung to last long. I'd bet the LG to be a top performer like their no-frost refrigerators (which we also have). No frost ref is practically an enclosed thermobox with an aircon inside. hehe

Uso na ngayon yung may mga bio filter. No idea if it actually works though.

BTW, you also need to check your insulation. No point in upgrading your aircon if your insulation is poor. Waste of money and effort.

so any suggestions on where to buy? ok ba sa mga appliance stores in malls? or meron pwede ma kunan ng mas mura?

I heard that Carrier and Condura have switched to another supplier of their compressor... Just ask around... Anyway, seldom do these units break....
