    I looked to see how many WiFi networks are active around our house. I counted 10 not including mine. Looks like that's every neighbor.

    There's 1 neighbor out there with an unsecured AP.

    I remember the time when there was only 1 other AP within range in the neighborhood. Now it's a noisy (and nosey) RF world out there.

    I'm connected to our neighbor's unsecured network

    Kind of funny just today prior to reading this thread, I bought a D-link wireless N router at Fry's electronics so I can set up my own. I'll set it up as soon as I get back home, it will be secured ofcourse. I don't know what happened on my old wireless router, just giving me headaches (Linksys).

    I normally avoid using WiFi at home. But, the darn PSP and Wii need updating every so often.
