Yes... guilty as sunscreen on a rainy day.

Do what I say, not what I do.

This is short 2-3 devices that I've misplaced elsewhere at home. Any takers? lol

dr d, that is also my concern if I change the battery baka lalo umiksi life ng Note 9 ko

You just haven't explored enough of the S24U and you're probably still using it like your old Note 9.

    Personally, the four main reasons I went with the S24U (coming from an S21 standard) are;
    1. Bigger screen
    2. Exceptionally responsive UI... no lags or stutter. Thanks to the SD 8 Gen 3
    3. The built-in AI features, and
    4. The S-Pen.

I don't game on my phone but I do want a stutter-free UI. The S21 with its Exynos chip just don't cut it anymore.

As a bonus, the S24U will also receive 7 major OS upgrades (presumably up to Android 21) and 7 years of security updates (up to 2031).

Again, Greenhills is the place to go. If in Makati, also check out Makati Cinema/Central Square (MCS). Caution: Research first. Some aftermarket batteries are of low quality and may swell up or go boom. If you don't have a use for it, just sell it as-is. It's 7 years old and it stopped receiving security updates almost 3 years ago.
Android 9 my phone haha. I read reviews nga and most people say that S24U is the best buy, di naman malayo sa S25U

I just spent 2 hrs changing my calendar entry from google calendar to phone calendar bec google only syncs 1 yr so I had to manually change my entries from 2021 to current na. Don't know why I thought of google calendar e since I had my Samsung from 2013 I always store sa phone. I still have 2005-2013 calendar entries in my Nokia which I have to manually transfer all

oj88, what brand of screen protector did you get? I got the Ugreen and I am so disappointed because the fingerprint sensor barely works anymore I often get a fingerprint doesnt match when I NEVER got that before installing the screen protector. ANother issue is how to take this off

    This one: https://shopee.ph/Full-Glue-Tempered...21.24211670358

Just to set expectations, these are the pros and cons from using it for a year.
    1. If the fingerprint sensor sensitivity you're getting from a bare screen is 10/10, it will slightly go down by a tiny bit after you install it.... maybe 8/10 or 9/10. It will help to re-capture your fingerptints after applying the protector.
    2. You will lose the anti-reflective properties of the bare screen
    3. It's a fingerprint and smudge magnet. You can cary a tiny microfibre cloth in your purse (like those for eyeglasses) to give it a good wipe down every now and then so it doesn't look filthy.
    4. Coupled with a good case (I use a Spigen with MagFit), the screen protector will offer a layer of protection if you happen to slip your phone in your pocket, purse or bag. This screen protector has saved my screen from scuffing due to me putting it in my front-left pocket with my EDC flashlight.
    5. This particular protector includes the applicator/alignment tool so it's practically impossible to get it on wrong.... Just follow the instructions down to a T.

This guy... kaso baka di mo magustuan. It might be a little bulky for a lady. I can't find the model for the S24U. Link is for the S25U.

Probably better to shop now thru amazon and have it delivered to a local friend or kakilala now while there are still stocks in their local warehouse(s). Retailers had paused orders with their suppliers in china due to the tariff shenanigans with some only resuming business just a few days ago leaving a potential gap in supply since they will be at the last in line to get their order in and will take time to get the wares in the US.

Good idea. She will be in the US so she can have it shipped to where she will be.
