Technically, it was at a library during college. We were researching for our thesis. Wala ring napala, at the time there really weren't much resources to search on, and the connection/PC was painfully slow. Me time limit pa ata :D
First home connection i got was from PhilWorld. Medyo late adopter na, considering my line of work :D i was fiddling with BBSes before that so medyo familar na ako with modems.
Going forward from my BBS days.... I had accounts with CYBERNET and BROLINE. I was still using Windows 3.11 then with Netscape Navigator and required to run WINSOCK so netscape can connect to the internet. I even had my own website located in GEOCITIES.COM ... (for those who this remember that site) and I even tried ALPHAWORLD.
