what happened to Ebuyncell site??

ang may ari ng www.ebuyncell.com and www.buyncell.com dati ay si Paul. if i remembered it right, hindi na nya na asikaso yung sites nung nagpakasal na sya. pero ang pagkakaalam ng mga dating forumers e undergoing upgrade or maintenance lang yung mga sites, yun kasi ang nakalagay sa website when you tried to login. pero nung tumagal, hindi tuluyan ma access yung site. kaya nagtayo ng panibagong forums yung mga dating moderators ng ebnc.

nagpalipat lipat ng server/site ang new bnc forums, nung una parang bnc-temp, tapos ngayon, bnc-xe na.

during their migration to the current host/website, i offered their admin to join the revived ebuyncell, but was declined dahil meron na kasing naunang nagoffer na maghost ng forums nila.

regarding difenbaker, i have high respect for him since the old bnc forums. pero hindi ko pa nabasa yung sinasabi nyong thread sa bnc-xe forums.

medyo mahabang story yan ma'am hehehe..

to make it short, dati ksi may buyncell.com na site, then yung founder nito eh bigla na lng tinigil o nde na na maintain yung site, parang bigla na lng silang naiwan sa ere. yung mga forumers dun eh gumawa ng ibang site pero nde nila kinuha yung domain name ng buyncell.com ksi they are waiting for the founder na i revive yung site or kung sabihin kung ano ang plano or i turn over sa kanila. after almost (or more than)one yr na inactive na yung domain namena bnc eh syempre magiging available na yun. and dun na acquire nila jedi yung domain name na bnc. then, syempre nagulat yung mga forumers ng old bnc kung pano nangyari dun, at may mga nasabi na nde maganda.

from what I can recall... that's about right.

last time I talked to Paul, he mentioned to me that he's gonna revive the forum,,, yet having a new job (and a new baby) probably didn't give him time to do as he said. So the forum was in limbo for a while. What the admin of gadgets did was noteworthy and commendable. I mean, if the owner didn't do anything, at least THEY did.

yup, im active in both forums (gadgets, and the current bnc-xe). Im also active in an american site - mobileburn.com. It's no biggie really... I dont see any issue being part of different forums, is there?

I think that everyone's in their own zone right now... whatever comments that was said, or whatever happened to the previous forum, are all water under the bridge... I do admit that the former BNC was great, even won a webby before, but circumstances beyond anyone's control - probably killed it. And that's that.

i guess di lang nagkainintindihan yan =) matagal na rin kasi kaming inmates sa bahay ni kuya hehehe i mean sa buyncell nung nawala yung buyncell yung iba sa yahoo na lang naguusap and waiting parin kami na iopen =) like me halos everyday inoopen ko yung site hoping na magopen sya one day pero hinde =(
