I can do that, pero ang gusto ko pag power failure, yun 2 canister filter ko pa rin ang gumagana... sa hours naman na itatagal san ba based yan? sa wattage ng gagamtin moor yun capacity ng UPS?

instead of a UPS, i got an auto-recharge air pump instead, uses the same batteries as rechargeable lamps. it can operate for 20hrs on battery using the alternate mode which it only pumps every other minute. more than enough to pump those sponge and canister filters. it has 2 outlets and I got it for under 3k.

i use it when im not around only since if blackouts occur when im around, we have a generator on standby.

    Shiruba brand

bb, san mo nabili yan? what do you mean meron 2 outlets? so parang UPS rin dyan mo i plug yun filters? or parang batt operated air pump, na yun tube ang nakalagay sa tubig tapos meron airstone?

sa mall ko nabili yan, try mo hanap sa cartimar dyan, basta brand name Shiruba. yung 2 air outlets pareho lang sa mga regular air pumps na kinakabitan ng hose then either sponge filter or air stone pero lakas ng hangin nito sobra, twice as strong sa Precision 7500 airpump.

And maganda kasi dito may 2 settings pag battery mode, 1st is continuous pump which would drain the batt faster maybe 6-8hrs ata. 2nd mode is intermittent, the pump will only run every other minute, automatic on and off every minute, runs up to 20hrs. the 2nd mode is ideal for good water oxygenation and battery conservation.

btw this unit is powerful enough to provide oxygenation for 5-6 50gal aquariums, ganyan kalakas hangin nito.
