Fafi, usually naka default na sa highest setting yan pero here are the steps.

1. Go to Control Panel
2. Click the System icon, then open the Hardware tab.
3. Select Device Manager
4. Inside the DM window, open the Network Adapter sub-menu.
5. Locate your wireless adapter
6. Right click the adapter then select Properties
7. Under properties, click the Advanced tab.
8. Look for the Ad Hoc Transmit Power option. It should have a default slider setting of highest.

If the transmit power option is set to the highest mode, then your adapter is functioning at "full strength" already.
