    Saw the thread on this post and just want to add that working in a contact center has it's advantages especially if your in a high growth area like the Philippines. It's kinda hard to find people with 5 years and up of relevant working experience. Rank and file pay sucks everywhere, but managerial pay is where you get your just reward after doing the rounds.

    need4speed kaya pala... not that good company pala... madami din ako kilala jan na nag-alisan na din dahil sa sobrang baba ng pay...

    need4speed actually syempre gus2 ko din matuto, kze ngaun sa client namin, more of hardware T/S kme, pag cnabi ng caller na networking, nakuuu sinusumpa ko na! hehehe... la lang pag wireless ek ek... ita-transfer ko kagad yan ehhehe.. :D

    need4speed hardware T/S lang... not on network (or broadband internet) settings ek ek, proving H/W functionality lang kme... hehehe...

    your from E-tel ba? i haven't called lately... but the past few calls that I made to Dell before the end of 2k3 all went to the India Call Centers ah... ba't di na ata pumupunta sa Manila?

    i lose my patience with telecom technical support, also of some banks... they sound so dumb who cant understand what im talking about. madaling mahuli ang walang alam sa trabaho nila eh, pampasakit ng ulo
