Surveillance System

i need a surveillance system for my store. lately kasi, parati naso-short ang benta (300-1k). meron na ako hinala kung sino but i can't fire her based on a hunch, so i need proof.

here's the store set-up:
1. two shops yun na magkaharap (tiangge style - 6sqm each), mga 2 meters ang pagitan.
2. 2 tindera bawat store. lahat sila ay permanent (trusted?) employee na.
3. lahat ay may access sa "kaha" on both stores. kasi ay rotation ang lunch at merienda break nila, so obligado lumipat yung ibang tindera (and vice versa) sa tapat lalo na pag marami customer.
4. di naman nakakapasok customer sa loob kaya tindera lang talaga may access sa kaha.
5. meron landline at PC sa isang shop (para sa inventory,etc..)

gusto ko sana maglagay ng hidden cam on both stores. meron ba pwede na ihook-up at automatic recording ng video on both stores pag on ng PC..

any ideas, suggestions...

liable parehas yong nasa caha.diba nagreregister sa system kung sino ang mga naglog?at the end of the day kasi pag nagprint ka ng X or Z report lalabas lahat ng cash flow.

wala kami cash register coz tiangge style lang yung pwesto. nililista lang lahat ng benta. meron lang maliit na lamesa on both stores para lagayan ng pera.

actually liable sila lahat dahil may access sila lahat sa kaha, pero ayoko naman madamay yung walang kasalanan. kaya nga ang gusto ko sana mangyari ay mairecord (on video) kung sino man ang nangungupit..

sir, yung investment mo sa surveilance cam invest mo na lang sa cash register. siguro naman di na sila mangungupit kasi may checks and balances na yan diba?

pero gusto ko muna malaman kung sino ang culprit and i want her caught redhanded..

kasi maganda naman ang pakisama ko sa kanila. tama ang pasweldo at parating on time. may sss, philhealth, free unifrom,13th month pay plus may accumulated bonus pa sila for every item na mabenta nila. madalas pa ay free meryenda nila pag maganda benta. kaya sumama talaga ang loob ko ng malaman ko ito.

so anymore suggestions/ideas on how to catch the "crook" would be much appreciated..

check their wesite www.vagtrading.com, you will find both wired and wireless cctv cameras there that you can connect to the pc and record on the hard drive via a tv tuner card.

The one suggested by yebo is good since it is wireless, I also saw some cheap ones over some tiangge. But you still need to have a recorder to record the events, and you will then be limited to a single area to focus and you can't even zoom in to the cash register. If you like to plug it in to the pc, you may need a video input to grab those videos from the wireless camera, am not sure though on how far it can receive the signal.

But then again they may still reason out and insist that they are just checking the cash if you think you caught them.

yung cctv yata, kelangan meron nakatao sa monitor. kung meron sana way na di malaman ng staff that they're being recorded at pag-ON ng pc ay automatic recording na agad..

gaano ba tinatagal ng 9v battery for wireless camera.. say it's ON for 10hrs a day..

AFAIK may mga video capture/overlay cards para sa mga CCTV na may bundled software na may motion "alarm"/sensor (magiistart lang ng recording tuwing may pagbabago sa "pinapanood ng camera", i.e. may gumalaw etc.) na pwede iset to a certain area nung screen (say kung yung screen ang nakadisplay e yung room with the cash register, pwedeng a certain area lang like dun sa cash register lang mismo). meron ding pwede simultaneous input to a certain number of cams.
