    Kung you have a credit card:
    1. ID with picture (company ID, driver's license, etc).
    2. Dapat meron kang at least P19T na unused balance.
    3. Latest credit card billing statement.

    Your monthly bill will then be auto-debited sa credit card mo.

    If you don't have credit card:
    1. ID with picture (company ID, driver's license, etc).
    2. Proof of Billing (NAWASA, Meralco, Sky Cable, etc.)
    3. Financial documents - any of the following:
    A. You must have a passbook with P25T average daily balance for the past 6 months.
    B. Bank Certificate indicating you have at least P25T deposited under sa bank (account was opened at least 6 month prior).
    C. ITR (Income tax return) indicating you have at least P25T monthly income.
    D. Employee certification indicating you are earning at least P25T.

    You will have to pay cash outright for the follwing plans:
    For Plan 500 = cash out is P1,500.00
    Plan 800 = P1,200.00
    Plan 1200 = P800.00

    You will have to pay your monthly bill sa Authorized Smart payment center (Smart Business center, banks, etc).

    And yes, it's a 3 YEARS lock in.

    would these people know if you had your phone unlocked? my 3650's supposed to be sim-locked for 2years, pero dahil nga i had it checked and upgraded sa semicon, na-unlock siya. it's not my fault, is it? and, i did not intentionally had it unlocked.

    jelibins... the lock-in period refers the the length of your contract with smart for the post-paid line and not necessarily the phone. you can do whatever you want with your phone provided that you still pay your MSF for the post-paid line for the entire duration of the lock-in period.

    i don't see any problem in having your phone unlocked - provided that you still go to semicon the next time you have your phone serviced under warranty.

    can i submit a mix and match of the requirements?

    - have a credit card but with less than 19T balance
    - credit card statement
    - my last two month's payslip (above the required monthly income of 25T)
    - billing for globe (paid)

    ang alam ko sa smart meron silang sinusunod din na INCOME MATRIX eh... dedpendee sa plan na kukuhanan mo, kapag COE meron kang certain amount na salary dapat, kapag Creditcard naman depende yuung plan sa corresponding credit limit...

    ganito yuyng sinusunod namin dun sa dati kong trabaho... im sure same as din yung sa smart...
