    nirereklamo na nga ang smart dahil sa kanilang spam text. ang masama bawas pa ang load mo, asar talaga. sa globe walang ganito.

    So far, tolerable pa naman ang nare-receive ko spam SMS mula sa Smart. Pero, just to make sure, nag-lagay na ako ng software to block spam SMS.

    SC, so far wala na akong problem sa account ko. I just hope it stays that way.

    happens when you get "curious" about a promo, hehe that's what happened to me, wanted to download an Usher ring tone before but di pwede dahil SAP ako... Then di ko na naalala tanggalin.

    Need to know the following information from the subscriber:

    1. Status of the complaint.
    2. Type of VAS (i.e. keyword and access code used).
    3. Mobile number of the complainant.

    or

    from mobile dial *888 for easy access to Customer Care Hotline.

    ang alam ko, may mga commands yan (o kaya via Smart Zed) na maglilist kung anong mga services ka nakasubscribe. tapos pwede i-off yan. antayin na lang din natin reply ni silver_corolla.

    If you forgot what specific VAS (Value Added Service) you subscribed to, try the following keywords for turning off the LOGO or RINGTONE under 239:

    For LOGO:
    Calendar Logo: Type CAL OFF and send to 239
    Movie Logo: Type MOVIELOGO OFF and send to 239

    For Ringtone:
    Movie Polytones: Type MOVIEPOLY OFF and send to 239
    Movie Tones: Type MOVIETONE OFF and send to 239

    hindi ata movie tone ung na receive ko. crazy for you ata un. if im not mistaken POWTONE ung nakaindicate sa message ng 239 after mareceive ko ung tone. so POWTONE OFF naman type ko tapos send sa 239?
