    Para sa mga nakaplan, have you been checking your bills? I changed my plan to consumable plan and so far my past 2 bills have been wrong. Consumable 800 which includes 200 free text and everything else is covered under the consumable plan, idd, local calls, text. Kinda like prepaid actually.

    My calls and text have not gone past the consumable 800 pero twice na more than 800 bill ko. First time 9++. I complained so nirebate yung sobra. Now eto nanaman, 11++. Anak ng pating.

    I know this is all done in batch programs. Ang bobo naman ng IT team nila for letting something like this get implemented without being thoroughly tested. Geez.

    Check your bills, di naman siguro ako lang ang minamalas na mali ang bill.

    baka 800 nga pero di pa kasama ang VAT, foreign currency adjustment, etc.

    notorious ang smart dyan pare koy! utol ko smart ang gamit nya dati, almost 2 years siya with smart. almost every bill nya nasa smart service center siya to complain...

    - dami charges na hindi naman tama
    - she was being charged for phone calls she did not make (wala naman sa phone nya ang numbers, even when they checked their records walang ganun na numbers na tinawagan si utol)
    - even charging her for international calls to places she does not know anybody in!

    to top it all, she decided not to use her smart sim for a month to test smart's billing. she bought a prepaid sim. aba ang mokong na smart, instead of sending just a bill for the minimum (plan 500 siya e) nag-send ba naman ng bill na thousand ang sinisingil hahaha!

    ayun napunuan din ang gaga kaya nag-prepaid na lang hahaha!

    kahit prepaid, umaandar na ang metro kahit di pa sinasagot ang tawag.

    gamit ko na prepaid ay yong latest nila, tested ko na ito sa tatlong cellphones.

    sa plan di naman yata nachacharge for missed calls.
    I got a text na iniinvestigate na daw nila. Last month wala man lang ako narinig sa kanila. Pero may adjustment naman.

    Di pa naman nangyayari sa akin yung imbentong calls and stuff, yung sms di ko naman mabilang talaga. Pero minsan parang ang laki sobra.

    hehe. yung officemate ko naman, sa globe may prob. nag share a load. 2 successful transactions but was charged for 5!!!!!

    ganyan ka pangit ang smart pag-dating sa billing....even their landline dati dito sa Angeles laging may 3 months back transactions and minsan meron pang double billing (buti nagchecheck ako)....since then di na ako nag smart line.

    So far, my globe works out well.

    BTW some promos of smart ay may technical jargon to confuse the subscriber...

    just my 2 cents.
