Kahit naman walang sim, pwede mag connect sa wifi ang phone. Viber, whatsapp and other messaging apps, pwede pa gamitin using wifi.

naisip ko kasi diba you need a phone number for viber and whatsapp. I guess you can use it until a new person is assigned the number
