rip...is there is an afterlife for the physicist? now he knows or it just void

afterlife is just a fantasy, a concept that's present in pretty much all human belief systemsneedless to say we all hope it's true but unfortunately wishing for something to be true doesn't make it real
hawking knew that fact very well
"I regard the brain as a computer which will stop working when its components fail," Hawking said Sunday in The Guardian. "There is no heaven or afterlife for broken down computers; that is a fairy story for people afraid of the dark."
RIP, truly one of the greatest minds on earth. He was a beacon, not just even for disabled people.
RIP.
But, most folks don't know what the hell he is talking about. Lmao.
We go, "Huh? What? Parallel universe? Black holes? The event horizon? No information in the black hole? The hell is that? "
However, he will only get attention when he says, "there is no God. God is not necessary" and all hell breaks lose. Lmao.
But, that's only his own interpretation. In the Parallel universe, anything is possible because you have an infinite amount of universes that exist side by side with our own universe. There could be another you in that other universe, but, living differently than yours. The other you might be living in a Star Trek world with various species of Aliens living with you.
Remember he held a party for time Travellers to attend. The catch is, he posted the invitation after the party is already over.
Nobody attended by the way.

What I will remember with Stephen is that his ceaseless warning in facebook not to communicate with aliens. It's dangerous! Lmao! That's already UFO, Martians, green men from outer space, bigfoot and leprechaun territory there. LOL!
He also uses the laws of physics like E=mc2 to prove that God doesn't exist. Hehehehe!
I would rather advice him to stick with Physics rather than involve himself with UFO, aliens and Zeus.![]()
i see you're not a sophisticated thinker
but i sort of agree that the idea of aliens being hostile is a bit too star trek -ish. but then again who knows that their values are. it's definitely possible that there's a civilization out there who would exterminate us just for simply existing. i.e. some kind of alien nazi
yeah the consensus is that we're not alone in this universe. deal w/ it
don't forget that as we push the frontiers of science the area of ignorance that we used to attribute to god etc, keeps getting smaller and smaller. e.g. certain diseases are caused by bacteria/viruses not god's curse![]()
There could be alien life forms, even intelligent ones, but heck they could be so far away interaction or a space ship fly by would be impossible or impractical even. All these of course are on the premise that everything still depends in science.

They became "modernize", am I correct? Look at the world now. Look at the Philippines. Are we still living in huts and caves? Are we still using bows and arrows to hunt? Are we still using sticks to make fire? Lmao!
The problem with Stephen's premise is that he only focused on that singular situation in history, but failed to see the huge benefits hundreds of years towards the future.
For someone known to be smart, he sure is narrow minded don't you think? LOL!
Any supposedly intelligent discussion about intelligent alien life
there should be mention of Fermi paradox and Drake equation
Read about those
Then discuss
And the evidence? NADA!yeah the consensus is that we're not alone in this universe. deal w/ it![]()
Maybe, bedtime stories of little green men from outer space will give me entertainment more than NADA. What's your favorite alien movie by the way? I like Guardians of the Galaxy. You? LOL!
Not really. One can be a scientist by profession and a Christian in their personal lives. In fact all important and major discoveries were made by people who believed in God that propelled society to innovation and technology.don't forget that as we push the frontiers of science the area of ignorance that we used to attribute to god etc, keeps getting smaller and smaller. e.g. certain diseases are caused by bacteria/viruses not god's curse![]()
People like Galileo Galilei, Blaise Pascal, Isaac Newton, Johannes Kepler, Robert Boyle, James Clerk Maxwell, Louis Pasteur and many more. (List of Christians in science and technology - Wikipedia)
So, can you say the same that these people are ignorant because they believe in God?
Atheism, on the other hand, are merely the disbelief in the existence of gods. That's all there is to it.
However, just because one claims to be an atheist, doesn't mean they don't believe in the paranormal. In fact, they can believe in ghosts, UFO's, bigfoot, chupacanbra, magic arts, feng shui, palmistry, Ouija, Voodoo, the white lady, tikbalang and what not. The only premise is they don't believe in gods.
In fact, according to Gallup polls:
The Wall Street Journal has filed a comprehensive report on What Americans Believe, based on a new Gallup poll. Firstly, the WSJ claims that Atheism leads to an increase in weirder beliefs:
"The reality is that the New Atheist campaign, by discouraging religion, won't create a new group of intelligent, skeptical, enlightened beings. Far from it: It might actually encourage new levels of mass superstition. And that's not a conclusion to take on faith -- it's what the empirical data tell us."
I didn't believe it at first, perhaps, it's just satire, but I did a google and this is what atheists believe straight from the horses mouth:
Dale Floyd French
"Okay, don't attack me here. I am an intellectual atheist which, by definition, means I do not believe in any gods. However, and I realize I'm probably in the minority here, I do actually believe in certain, very specific concepts which could only be interpreted as "supernatural." So what exactly does that make me, were I required to be categorized? The definition of atheism, according to dictionaries, simply means a "lack of belief in deities," which does describe me, since I don't believe any of them exist or ever have existed."
Phil Fieldhouse
"I agree with you entirely and have often asked myself the same question. I am an atheist whose views can often be described as bordering paganism/new age etc."
Zaphod
"I don't believe in God but if you grew up in the house I did you would believe in ghost. Guess I am ridiculous. I do however find myself to be logical I have seen ghost but have not seen God."
Can-dice
"I am an atheist and I've had paranormal experiences. As a matter of fact I just searched the internet on this topic and found your post on this website."
Walker
"I just experienced a very strange event yesterday. I saw a glass of water move at least 3 inches very slowly on a table. Two other people witnessed the phenomenon. We have no idea what it was and how it happened."
Atheists who believe in some supernatural concepts. Help me out here.
Psychology today:
"Atheists may not believe in God, but they seem particularly susceptible to believing that intelligent alien life has visited our planet despite there being no compelling evidence to hold such a belief."
