What do you think? They are advertising Php0.50/minute intra-network calls.

Mukang ok naman yung sinasabi nila sa ad but of course, there's only one way to find out. I'm sick and tired of the quality of service of Sun Cellular, and I don't even use their Unlimited Call service! Bwiset!
Anyway, I also found out that Red Mobile will be using 3G ONLY, so you would need a 3G handset to use the service.

i've checked their rates mukhang ok ah. 300 for 60 days. eto hanap ko talaga kasi sobrang bihira ako gumamit ng cell. sayang lang kaka renew ko lang ng sun postpaid ko. hehe.Last edited by flakez; November 27th, 2008 at 04:56 PM.

Saan ka nakakuha nyang uMobile SIM? hehehe! Naintriga din ako dyan eh!
Sabi nga, this is the new uMobile. PLDT bought this company and I believe that this service will be riding on Smart's 3G network. I'm really thinking of getting this. Nga lang, I have to get new handsets. Isip pa ko...

so far I have changed my celfone (from Nokia 2626 to Nokia 6110) used for my SUN... SUN-to-SUN voice calls seems to be ok. Of course getting a call through during the night is still a challenge.

Ayos yun ah! hehehe! Cge, subukan nga natin tong Red Mobile na to. Malay natin, they hold up to their promise of no choppy connections.
Sun most of the time is ok. Getting a call during the evening indeed is a challenge. What's annoying is that I always get choppy connections almost all the time. My location is in Makati and I am calling someone in Makati too.
