You can check sul!t.com website for ads on solar power systems. Price depends on the capacity you want.

To charge a cellphone and eneloop batteries, you need a system.

Solar panel + controller + battery. That's the basic system. But you need adapter for you to connect your phone and eneloop batts.

As we all know, batteries for storing solar power are usually rated 12volts.that will over load your phone. You need to lower it to 5 volts which is the standard for USB powered devices. Or you can do the opposite and use an inverter that will convert 12 volts to 220 or 110 volts. That's what our AC system uses. Yung "saksakan" with two prongs. Unless you have to, and the device you'll be charging needs 220, stay away from inverters as there is electricity loss by simply turning on your inverter even without connected devices.

So for your use, you need to use a 12 volt-to-5 volt converter. Ganyan ginagawa nung mga USB plugs na ginagamit natin sa kotse. Yung connected sa cigarette plug.

As to what kind of battery you need to charge just a phone and or eneloop batts, even a SLAB (Sealed Lead Acid Battery) used for UPS will be enough. Yung parang size ng batt ng motor.

But there are different factors you need to consider. How many times will you use the system to charge your phone. How big is your solar panel? How much electricity can it produce? Your location and placement of the panel will greatly affect your capacity to produce electricity also. Do you live in a condo? What direction is your window facing? Access to rooftop? Will you get sunlight 12 hours a day? Or less?

Daming factors. If you want to charge other devices aside from your phone, you need to add more.

There is a computation for that. But basically simple lang. You want more electricity coming in than coming out/used. Efficiency is the name of the game.

Magaling ka naman OB sa investment di ba? Kelangan mas marami pumapasok kesa sa expense.

Your idea of cashing it all out is not applicable here. Di ka pwede unutang sa sun. "cash basis" ang solar system. Input. Output. Hindi sya accrual

(teka, ikaw nga ba Kags ang madalas nagsasabi na cash out na and utang na lahat o si Mini? Either way both OB naman)

    Sana nakatulong.
