DVD's that are worth keeping/collecting

Kinda late, but I'm about to start collecting "my own" set of DVDs. Right now kasi yung puro gusto lang ni Esmi ang binibili namin, wala pa dun yung talagang gusto ko.

Here's an initial shortlist of what I want to collect:

Godfather (I, II, III)
Band of Brothers
Scarface
Scene of a Woman
Braveheart
LOTR series
Some Akira Kurosawa films

I'm more into old movies (but not that old), care to suggest some more good quality films.

Sa gh meron, i bought seven samurai, meron pa akong nakita dun na rashomon. iba yung case nila, yung carton, hindi yung plastic, saka mas mahal(P90-P100). Yung ibang kurosawa ko sa kazaa ko lang nakuha hehe.

Yes, gusto ko mga mafia films like The Untouchables, GoodFellas and Once upon a time in America. Another good mafia film is the Ballachi Papers, based on true story din yan ni Robert(?) Ballachi. I've read the book, but haven't seen the movie.

Saving Private Ryan will certainly be on my list and also Schindlers List.

Blade Runner - Yep, damn good movie

Gusto ko din pala yung Dances with Wolves and Field of Dreams ni Kevin Costner.
