    hi peeps, patulong naman. me iba bang phone no. and pldt for their corporate customers? i find it kind of strange that we're lumped together with the residential dsl hotline(172)

    nung una, sabi baka ung modem or line daw me problema; after days of calling, ang sabi naman they traced the problem to unusually high latencies on one of their routes. when i called them up this morning, ang sabi naman e magsesend ng technician to check our modem. madness.


    really can't say i didn't see this coming; they may be the cheapest, but then again the problem with cheap is that you get what you pay for. tsk tsk

    i think there is classification of how you classify a business if it is under corporate account or not, i think the corporate account would be the biggest companies using PLDT DSL service, their tech support number is 177
