    I'm leaning more towards an Android Vs. Iphone...can't really use all of the widgets here...maybe if I'm in the US.

    I'm currently using a BB...might get an Iphone for my wife, even though she's asking for a BB, para ma-experience ko lang.

    I passed by the LG concept store at SM North Annex around 1:30...baka sakali lang. When I got there, it was like a scene from Walking Dead (or Resident Evil). A sea of people.

    One day, one hour sale lang ito last Saturday (Nov. 13, from 2PM-3PM).
    This was LG's promo to introduce their new Android model, the LG Optimus One.
    Originally priced at 12kphp, it was sold for 6kphp.

    You can still get the Optimus One, pero full price na. Oh, and the Optimus One is already running Froyo (Android 2.2) out of the box, so you won't have to worry about OTA upgrades...for now.

    my gf is using the lg optimus one p500, parang gusto ko na din yun ang bilin instead of a 2nd hand 3g iphone. atleast sure ako sa warranty for 1 year. downsinde lang nung unit is walang flash 10.1. eto ata ung pang fb games. anyways, hindi naman ako naglalaro sa fb. hehehe

    Unfortunately, Flash 10.1 requires both Froyo and a 1Ghz processor.

    Youtube. But then again, you should already have a youtube app in Froyo which uses Flashlite to play vids.

    Another area you'll need Flash 10.1 in is when you're viewing Web pages that have flash content (FB is one of them). If you don't have flash 10.1, then hindi mo makikita yung flash content ng mga web pages na yon.

    IMO, it's not really a big problem...

    ah. hmmm kahit lumang flash player hindi pa rin pwede? kelangan ba talaga laging yung latest flash ang gamit? hindi ko pa gaanong pansin sa ngayon. ma testing nga. ang dami ko pa naman site na binibisita na may flash. hehehe.

    newer versions kasi can support HD resolutions and better image quality when it comes to playback. kasama na rin ang mga bug fixes

    Yep just bought my Optimus One 2 days ago and I can say the best value at P13K... No way will I pay P30K-P40K for a phone that's just not me...

    Although mas user friendly ang iPhone kaysa Android, pero for power users who want to make the phone really theirs and customize the hell out of it to suit their needs then ANDROID is for you.

    What lacks a bit on Android is apps, pero that is quickly changing dami na rin gumagawa ng apps for Android and a huge chunk of them is FREE.

    iPhone is the better music player though, I hate the default player of Android so I actually downloaded WinAMP and its much better...
