Photocopier or Laser printer?

What brand and model can you recommend? Which brand has the best after sales?

Recommend:
TOSHIBA (model e-studio166)
-relatively compact (consumes less table space)
-network connectible
-quick copies

NOT Recommendable:
FUJI-XEROX
-copier machine is okay BUT after-sales sucks
-long wait for replacement parts
-expensive parts
-consumables like TONER out of stock a third to half the time we ordered from them. They resorted to using cartridges from other models to refill used toner cartridges, bad practice.

MINOLTA (forgot the model, but it was the basic model)
-slow copier
-long drum life, extendable by "hot key".
-spare parts not available or had to wait. Reason, obsolete model na daw kasi.
-due to frequent breakdown (age related) and long wait for parts, we junked it.
