i cook french fries, liempo /lechon kawali / bagnet, porkchops. it tastes good without the oil. and it's healthy coz i dont get to buy so much cooking oil. though I brush the meat with a little of olive oil. tipid kasi mahal olive oil and sosyal kasi olive oil + lechon kawali na ako ngaun
