PCI Controller?

I went to Villman last week to check why my modem doesn't work and why is it looking for PCI Controller and VGA Device and I found out that my video card's fan is not working anymore and it has dust.
When they removed the fan it doesn't spin anymore.I have no choice but to buy a new video card.

My old videocard is still working but it has no fan to cool the videocard

Sus yaman mo talaga GS, baby oil lang naman katapat ng hindi umiikot na fan, linisan mo muna tsaka mo patakan ng baby oil. kung hindi na talaga pwede bili ka na ng fan hindi BUONG VIDEO CARD.
