There is a danger once the ISPs start blocking specific sites. It may be the start of web-censorship and it will definitely not stop just at ****. Example, it can selectively block a certain political canditate's web sites while letting a more favored candidate's website go unhindered or even promoted by automatically redirecting web traffic to them.

It was already made clear that it will only cover child ****ography sites. I think everybody will agree that this kind of child exploitation is disgusting, to say the least, and outright wrong in all levels.

Parang counter ng SM lang yan. May pang big cart, may pang small cart, at pang basket. Ayaw akong padaanin ng counter kasi basket ang dala ko sa pila ng big carts. Kumuha ako ng big cart at isinakay yung basket then she let me out.

NTC orders **** blockage in Philippine Internet | Inquirer Technology

MANILA, Philippines – What? No more access to **** site?

Once the memorandum of the National Telecommunications Commission takes effect, the existence of ****ography materials on the Philippine cyberspace may be all but over.

On January 30, the NTC issued a memorandum circular ordering Internet Service Providers to ban the access of Filipinos to ****ographic sites as to accordance with Republic Act No. 9775 that lists child ****ography as a criminal act.

According to the memorandum circular, ISP’s would have to install software that would not allow the access to **** sites.

In an earlier report from INQUIRER.net, adult website ****hub listed the Philippines as the 15th most frequent **** watchers in the world.
