or dusty sa lugar nyo, baka along a busy street ang bahay nyo.

linisin mo nalang ang filter more often para mabawasan ang build up ng dusts which clogs the drain of the aircon.

check mo yung inclination ng drain line and periodic filter cleaning say every 2-weeks, mas malamig pa pag palaging malinis ang filter.

not sure kung hindi nga angled towards the drain, pero panasonic service center mismo ang nagkabit ng unit....what if palitan ko yung drain pipe ng mas malaki, ok kaya? hindi naman maalikabok sa lugar namin, saka nililinis ko lagi filter every weekend, masarap kasi pakiramdam pag malinis ang kwarto pati aircon, conducive sa ***ual activity :bwahaha:

i was about to get a kolin split type last year. mas mura kasi sya ng around 10K sa panasonic (2.5hp). but panasonic have a better warranty than kolin so i got the former.

usually, nagka-clog yan dun mismo sa drain hole sa indoor unit. you cannot replace that or change it into a bigger diameter hole as it is incorporated into the plastic casing. the drain hole of newer panasonic spit types is on the left side. pansinin mo nalang kung medyo tilted towards the left.

nagclog dati sa akin dahil minsan 1month bago ko linisin yung filters. ngayon gumawa nalang ako ng log on when i last cleaned the filters para ma-monitor ko. the last time na nagclog is when i should already have the unit cleaned (almost 1 yr na).

panasonic din na split type a/c namin. tumulo din 'to 1 time sobrang dumi na kasi kaya nag clogged yun drain. nun pina-service ko ayus na ulit. dapat ata every 6 months nagpapa-cleaning.

matipid ba ang split type kesa window type? lets say parehong 1.5HP?

e yung "refrigarator" type? yung nakatayo mas tipid ba yun?

kimps, halos pareho lang lumalabas. yung window type, mas tipid sa electric consumption since it needs only a single motor for both blowers (evaporator and condenser). yung sa split type and floor standing, hiwalay yung motor (1 nasa loob, 1 nasa labas), pero mas efficient ang split type kesa window type.

It worked for me . . .

We only buy Carrier aircons but I am thinking of buying National the next time.

I was a bit disappointed with the last Carrier aircon that we purchased, our early 90s Carrier aircon works much better than the new one.

I use carrier and condura at home, so far mas madali masira yung electronic Twice nag short ang dual capacitor pero in a span of 5yrs na.

Sa office Condura/ Carrier, Alenaire, Koppel, Liebert gamit usually 5 to 10 tonner.

checked for clogged drain line and the condensate drain sump inclination... the drain hole should be the lowest point within the sump. For a split type air-conditioning unit. it's impossible na mag dikit ang High side to low side. because from the principle of being a split type. the low side or evaporator is indoors while the high side or the condensing unit is outdoors... im sure kung sa unit mismo galing ang tulo its as simple as a drain problem.
