NiMH AA Rechargeable Batteries

anong gamit nyo na NiMH rechargeable batteries sa mga digicam nyo?

I'm using 2 pairs of PowerBase 2100 m/Ah along with its charger and a pair of 2300 m/Ah of Energizer, parang crappy sila lahat.

I noticed na parang madali maubos ang battery and parang hindi totally nacha-charge yung baterya.

I'm thinking of replacing my batteries and charger, ano ba ma-i-recommend nyo na NiMH rechargeable battery and charger?

my charger is the one that comes with the PowerBase batteries.

I was reading some stuff regarding the subject, the minimum recommendation was 2500 m/Ah and their best recommendation is a 2900 m/Ah.

I don't know :headache: I think I'll buy 1 pair of 2900 or 2700 m/Ah and observe ko muna.

im using sony, panasonic and SANYO...
4 SONY 2300mA AA with the SONY Charger with Display - the best i have tagal magdrain
4 panasonic 2100mA AA with the PANASONIC quick Charger - also matagal magdrain
4 SANYO 2100mA AA
8 SANYO 2500mA AA - eto madaling maubos, i think may problem eto sa lahat ng SANYO batteries, madaling magdrain use or not used...
4 SANYO 950mA AAA

also other companies buy from sanyo then repack and rebrand them to sony, panasonic... AFAIK

I am using a set (4 pieces) of Energizer 2500mah with a Energizer 15 minute charger. I initially had problems with it charging but after my 2nd or third use, I had no problems with it.

My main uses for the batteries are:
- digital camera. (does more than 300 shots w/ flash)
- battery powered cellphone charger. (extends the power of my N80, especially when I am using it as a MP3 player on long trips like on the airplane)

There was a review a couple of years ago that found GP 2200 was the best. Then Sanyo. But GP was hard to come by so I settled for Energizer 1800 from True Value. Sandali lang nasira na yung charger, which I think damaged the batteries din. Bumili ako ng Energizer 2200 at 15 min charger (kaso 120V) at ok naman hanggang ngayon mga 2.5 years na.

2950 pre. 4 pcs AA tsaka yung charger.
got it from that camera store dito sa may glorietta. bihira lang daw ang stock, so pag wala kang makita, the next good alternative is energizer. hanap ka lang ng 2500 mAh pataas.

art. ingat lang sa patingi-tingi.. nakabili ako ng sanyo 2500 - fake. mga 15 mins lang full charge na.. tapos mga 10 shots patay na. but i think na kung kasama ng charger as recommended by HG or in sets of 4, walang problema.

The culprit for the low charge or short usage time is probably your charger.

I have those fake SANYOs din... pero I use a better charger (eto yung tig P4000 to 6000) na charger ng AIRSOFT BB Gun batteries ko. Napansin ko mas matagal at mas tama yung charge nung ganung charger.

I haven't tried charging MH types... puro NiCad na fake SANYOs... what I noticed was that I have to do 3 or 4 Charge then Drain cycles para magfull charge yung mga fakes. Prior to that I was using a generic chargers like what you probably have... pag yun ang ginamit ko maikli lang lagi ang usage time. But when I used the high-end charger (and after doing the charge-drain cycles) it took days to drain the batteries.

hmmm..afaik, 2500mA ung minimum for digicam use.

absolute minimum for digicams are 1800mah batts, sometimes it depends on your camera din, some digicams just eat up batteries FAST while some are power efficient.

I was suspicious of the "very fast" charging of the PowerBase charger, sa tingin ko nga yung charger ang may problema, ginamit ko yung GP charger namin dito sa office eh mukhang okay naman.

Observe ko muna mga batteries ko.

it lasts for more than 700 shots when using it with my dslr flash unit!
