Spare parts either takes forever to arrive or non-existent.
No aftermarket upgrades (example: battery).
Plastic chassis is said to get "crispy" as it ages.

thanks for the replies.
one compelling reason i want to buy this netbook is it has atom 450, 320gb HD , 2g ddr2 memory and 6 cell battery.
Common specs... Even the Atom N450 is not any much faster than the older N270 or N280 cpu. HDD & ram are easy to upgrade on other netbooks if you need more space or ram.
Believe me that having piece of mind if and when something goes wrong with the netbook, you would prefer to have bought a better brand.
With the "Neo" brand, if something breaks, its basically thrown away as junk.
But it's your money. Don't mind the personal experiences of many other netbook users to try change your decision.
