I don't cook using my microwave, I just reheat leftover food, so the even cooking isn't worth paying extra for. Though a nice-to-have feature of my microwave is the Grill functionality.
I also looked at the Elba microwaves (para matching with my stove/oven) but the Elba microwaves feel flimsy compared to Sharp and Panasonic despite being expensive.

Kamusta Sir yung loob?
OT: First time lang kasi ako bibili microwave..
The primary reason you'd want an inverter microwave is for even cooking. While it is true that the inverter model can potentially save you some electricity, it's nowhere significant as a ref or aircon because of the very short amount of time it is used. Further, unless you set the power to less than 100%, you're not saving any.
Another way to put it, unless that microwave sees a very high duty cycle like if you're running a restaurant or a convenience store AND you use the lower power settings, the power savings are going to be anywhere from negligible to none.
The microwave+grill models, I definitely stayed away from. When we use the microwave, we use a cover so food splatters doesn't mess up the oven cavity and ruin it. That was what killed our old one. But if you think about it, grilling something means splatter and that kinda makes a mess of the inside of the microwave. For roasting or such, just use a conventional oven or even a charcoal grill.
I would strongly recommend digital timer because you can be exact with your reheating time. I have a hard time cooking popcorn when using my inlaws' microwave because it's hard to be exact at 2 min 30 (sometimes 10-20 sec too short or long). Same with reheating anything for a fixed time.
Yeah so if you don't cook, then unnecessary.

Honestly no big difference spec and price wise between the Elba and La Germania stoves I was looking at. Just went with Elba because I grew up with La Germania and wanted to try something different.
Elba just has a more modern feel. It's one of those purchases that I just went with my gut since I couldn't find any discernible difference bentween the 2 brands.

digital timer is superior to twist timer.
we use the microwave, mostly for re-heating. 1 minute or less setting.
setting for 1 minute or less in an analog timer is difficult for many models.
microwave cooking? madalang to rare.
I replaced our Samsung Microwave kasi it turns on on its own. It seems delikado and I think it will cost a lot to repair. I got a Sharp because it's what Tsikoteers recommended. We had a Sharp prior to the Samsung. Ok na rin, it lasted almost 8 yrs (bought it 2018)
