microsoftword win32 problem

guys help naman plssss. hindi ko kasi m-open microsoft word ko. everytime i click kasi microsoft word eh ayaw mag open...ang lumalabas eg box na nakasulat" null win32 application". whats that? ano po pwede ko gawin para maayos. plsssss help.

Is there an error number? Also, are you trying to open a shortcut on either the desktop or Start Menu?

Before you do a reinstall, you could try going to your main hard drive, Program Files\Microsoft Office\Office and run winword.exe. If you've already done so and it still wouldn't start, then go ahead with a reinstall.

most probably a virus... or macro virus... virus scan ka muna.. kung wala namang problema... repair office...

sir install ka muna ng anti-virus then i-scan mo. i think macro virus yan...

"win32 application" is a part of windows microsoft office, eto yun pag na-check mo sa folder ng winword =win32.dll

marami kasi cause ng problem and solution, isa-isahin ko para sayo bro, sana makatulong.
1) pede, scan virus first (for me hindi ma-solve ng virus po yun, 30% lang sure)

2) unstall then install (but be sure to unstall every software of microsoft (word, excel, ppt, etc.. part pa rin kasi ng win32 yan) or pede din,

3) copy the "win32.dll" from other computer with the same version, then place to whre the folder is.

mostly, yan ang cause kung bakit ayaw magbukas ng word, the corrupt ang dll then papasok sa macro.exe "macro"=ito yun visual template program ng word/windows microsoft, sa experience ko, binubura ko ito, pero lagi itong papasok dahil, may registration sa pc natin. kung nakikita mo madaming number sa pc naka-registered lahat ng program ng pc natin, lastly, isa sa cause is we are using PIRATED microsoft office. kaya i suggest use license word. as suggestion lang po. hope makatulong ako.
