there's a full page ad by Microsoft in the Inquirer today announcing a 30% discount on their FPP (Full Package Products) with a free upgrade to Windows Vista upon local release.

    under this promo:
    - you get a perpetual license that won't die with your PC.
    - you can transfer the license from one PC to another.
    - you get direct technical support from Microsoft Global Help Desk and from the local partner network.

    the discounted prices:
Windows XP Home Edition = Php10,700.00
    Windows XP Professional = Php15,800.00

    =================

Dahil ang FPP pwede mo e transfer ang license from 1 PC to the other or simply pwede mo gamitin sa other PC but ofcourse one a time lang installation.

    Thanks!

    nka box kasi...

    OT:
wag maniwala sa "exceeded no. of time" during activation... after I got the activate message (installed 3 times na on same PC different HDD), I simply fill-in the blanks.. and in 1 month of doing so, it went thru and it was activated.

They are trying to sell their old stocks kasi lalabas na Vista sa Jan. 31, 2007.... Kumbaga with your FPP purchase, its like you bought 2 OEM licenses... 1 for XP and 1 for Vista...
