di mabasa yong micro sd ko ng fon and card reader. any tips on how to revive the card?

try mo sa website ng brand ng sd card mo. baka meron sila free recovery.

or

sa computer mo right click to show properties
then go sa tools tab
then error-checking (check now)

ganyan ang step sa vista.

Revive? ... is the micro-sd even detected by your phone or card reader?

If it's not even detected, there is a good chance the micro-sd is dead/defective already.
