Oo nga Sir PK hilig ng Microsoft sa patches hehehehe. Anyway I enjoyed using my friends' XDA when playing hekhekhekhek. Ako pa nga nag-install ng bleem sa XDA nya para malaro namin yung mga lumang games ng nintendo hahahahahaha.

My input: Both are very good and both does the same things in different intensities.

O2 XDA II: Get this is you will need more functions of PDA than a phone.
PROS: Its a very good PDA. Its a pocket PC. It can do everything (most) that your desktop or laptop can do like view and edit Word, Excel and Powerpoint Files and more. Lots of Third Party Software available.

CONS: Its quite big. Difficult to put in pocket if going to a party or any place where your PDA is hardly used. Relatively harder to use as a normal phone (text).

P900: Get this if you need more Phone features than PDA features.

PROS: Quite stable (compared to P800). Nice looking. Not as big and bulky as most pure PDAs. Easy to use. Very good phone features. Decent PDA features.

CONS: Lacks in PDA features (compared to O2 XDAII).

In my humble opinion, and if I can only have 1, I would choose p900 because I use more phone features than PDA features. And besides the PDA features of P900 are sufficient for regular my needs.

I have both P900 and 02XDAII and I find myself leaving the XDA in the car most of the time and only bring it down when I have "serious PDA work" to do. Can't live without both though.

I look at the P900 is a comfortable condominium and XDA is a luxurious mansion and both come with their respective maintenance costs or in this case user interface challenges.

    Hope this helps.

O ayan! Ano mas gusto niyo? condo o mansion? hehehe! Nice take BOSERO, pero you can only view Powerpoint slides and not edit them

Plus you can get picture editor software (think photoshop), adobe acrobat readers, Macromedia flash players etc. Meron pang libreng Encarta pocket dictionary!!! Meron nga ako english-french, english-spanish, english-german etc. So no problem if i suddenly wake up in Toledo or Milan.

I have a program called eWallet which stores all my passwords and pins, bir, sss, driver's license as in all my info. makes memorizing a lot of things a thing of the past. Plus, you can get a plethora of today (eto desktop sa PPC), plugins which you could use to customize the look of your screen.

One more thing to consider is that the P9 uses expensive memory sticks (you can get fake though, a lot cheaper). XDA has 128MB built in, all user accessible (+64 additional for the OS for a whopping 192MB!!! Some PCs dont even have that!) and if you ever need to expand (which you will do sooner or later), you can use MMC cards or their faster equivalent SD cards.

Why is the XDA Big??? coz the screen is 240x320 big!!! I mean, cmon, have you ever watched good quality **** on your cells?! Well, okay, maybe you have hehe. WIndows media player makes it all a cinch!

Eto pa: Microsoft is coming out with a new OS within the Year. Its called MS Windows Mobile Second Edition. One major feature of this new OS is the ability to 'fake' 640x480 resolution and display the screen in portrait OR landscape mode!

IMHO, there's enough stuff to keep you interested in the XDA for years to come. Something which you cant say about the P900 or any other phone for that matter. I mean, pag labas ng P1000, laos na

Nga pala, i just confirmed with my P900 buddies here in the office, daily charging din naman sila with their units. So I guess the only pro i see in the P9 is the SMS input advantage.

COME INTO THE DARK SIDE!!! :evillaugh

pissword, you dont know the half of it pare! Since that damn smart promo, everyone's lining up my desk for some product demos!!! Dapat may bayad ako from O2!!! :evillaugh

wulf, promise dalin ko PPC apps CD ko tomorrow. I'll email you AoE for PPC! Worth the download!

PM me your email addy para masend ko na bukas.

okok, BTTT, it all boils down to lifestyle. Even though I voted for the P900, that doesnt mean that the XDA2 is inferior..... no sirs.... not by a long shot! I just feel that Miko is better off with a P900 at this time.

Pero if you guys would kindly check out the first page of the 'XDA' thread in pitstop, features wise pa lang olats na P900.

Eto lang final word ko.... P900 users here at the office (more than 7) ARE DROOLING OVER THE XDA2. No kidding.
