    survey lang po:

Do you have a backup phone, apart from your "main" phone?

Why do you have a backup phone?

    What brand/model?

i'll go first: yes, using my old Nokia C5. The metal plate has come off but it's still ticking along.

i use it mainly for backup, so i look more into the battery life, durability, portability.

None. Don't see the point. Even having multiple phones or SIM cards from different networks.

Dati meron, pero it came to a point where my pockets are heavy with phones na halos nahuhulog na ang pantalon ko! Or if may bag ako, sobrang bigat na.

Ngayon wala na. Iphone 4 + 1 battery tender, yun nalang.

HTC Wildfire - lagi kong dala / gamit
    HTC One Mini - backup
    HTC One Gold - backup

Wildfire lang ginagamit ko. Ayoko kasi maraming dala.

The next day, sinagot ko na. Sabi ko lang "low bat... I left the charger in my house".
Sabi niya "I'll send an extra phone. Charge it daily and if I call --- ANSWER THE D*RNED PHONE!!! :furious: ".

Within that week... dumating na iyong dalawa.
Hahahaha!

Can i be one of the privileged few who have your postpaid number? 😉

BTT: I used to have two phones, one Globe and one Smart. The Smart is my backup phone, an HTC Chacha. However, I don't plan to renew it anymore - I now find it so much of a hassle to bring 2 phones around.

Back then I liked having a second phone as backup, in case my primary has no batt or signal. But now, the drawback of having your pockets filled and having to watch out for too many gadgets supercedes the benefit of having a backup.

I keep an old Samsung qwerty phone (dunno the exact name) in my car as a backup. I just transfer my sim when I need it.
I only use it when i run out of battery in my main phone or it goes wrong

I'm using my Blackberry Curve 8520 as a back up phone. Ayun, walang nagka-interest.

May mga time din na naiiwan ko siya sa sasakyan over the weekends.
