Guys, I am planning to buy a new LCD monitor as a gift for my sister and I am still undecided on what to get between the two. My budget is 10k but since the Samsung looks interesting, I could squeeze 600 bucks for that. Given the information at hand and based on the appearance, what would you get? I am starting to lean on the Samsung but 22" that is less than 10k is I think a steal. What do you guys think? Your opinion is very much appreciated.

what the?!!!... ang taas na pala ng bagsak presyo LG. just a few months I remember nasa 11+ pa ito.

imo, the bigger screen, the better. though might increase eyes and shoulder stress a bit, contrary to most fellow 22"-up tsikoteer owner opinions.

magkano na ba peeble design Samsungs? the "T" series looks good with their glass led light look. but the glass makes it rectangular looking, while peeble series looks better imo.

I got the prices from PC Gilmore. They sell cheaper computer products as compared to the ones being sold in malls. In Complink I think the T120 is priced at 11k.

What's peeble series? They also have the 2253LW priced at P11,500 and the T220 at P13,800 but they are way out of my budget.

LG has better quality than Samsung. From experience.

so I'll go with LG on this one. Bigger desktop realstate too.

dont get blinded by 20,000:1 dynamic ratio, it's nothing.

Yup, and that's making my decision harder since though the size of the LG is 22" and appearance wise, it looks good too, the Samsung for me looks way better and the specifications are higher in terms of contrast ratio.

LG 2252TQ vs Samsung T190
