As in super reliable sya for me..
And meron pa rin kami 16 yr old Panasonic CRT TV na napakatibay.. yun naman yung nasa labas.. ready for videoke..

No cable, no hassle..

As far as I know most smart TVs have an Android OS. Exception lang ata yung yung Apple iTV.

Yung Samsung Smart TV sa bahay has built-in apps like Netflix, Amazon Prime, YouTube, internal browser, plus other apps. You can connect it via WiFi or via a data cable. The newer smart TVs even has voice control and many other features.

Re: durability of modern TVs I wonder if the quality of the electricity coming into the house has something to do with it. Hindi raw stable yung kuryente natin even if we don't have obvious power fluctuations or brown outs.

Not a rumor. Totoong hindi stable. Lalo na pag mag black out. The electrical surge is not good. So, sa mga current sensitive appliances like inverter appliances, computers & TV, importang may AVR & surge protectors.

Tapos nagpa welding..

Di multi volt na electric appliances ngayon, 110 - 240 volts, so fluctuations should not be a problem unless siguro it is intermittent

over the years, we had our old trinitron's main switch repaired several times.
mura lang naman. a few hundring bucks. but hassle as we had to bring it to sony repair center near the workplace. ang bigat niya. 88 pounds.
we had since retired the unit, in favor of a used samsung led tv.

led bulbs may be long-lived, but they have a weakness that may result to shortened service life: un-regulated power.

Best of all mas matipid sa kuryente. And hindi magagalit kapitbahay pag nag welding.

I bought mine, 300w at 7.5k with the intention of selling it at half price after I finish my welding works, pero sobrang mura na kasi online, so nung tinawaran ng 2k, binigay ko na. It's taking up space sa bahay din kasi.

On the same note, I was ready to sell my shopvac bought 6k for 2k kasi less than 3k lang ang micro shopvac online, eh gusto pala ng utols ko, so waiting na lang ako na pick upin nila.
