The first LED lights I've used for the home have been the NXLED. Subsequently, I chose GES on future purchases primarily because of their lower price.
Here are a couple of tips:
What I've noticed is that GES "daylight" LEDs have a more pale/washed out color temperature that can be hard on the eyes. The NXLED on the other hand, has a more natural, slightly warmer tint.
That said, if you want to illuminate living areas with "daylight" LEDs (living room, common room, dining room, etc.) where people tend to linger, you may want to consider the NXLED. For everything else, GES daylight is fine (ie. storage areas, hallways, etc.)
For the bedrooms, I purposely chose "cool white" for the main lights and "warm white" for the corner lights... all GES.

Ito breakdown: 5k Solatube, 5.5K 8" Rook Flashing, 4k 24" extension tube, 3.5k prismatic diffuser, 3k top angle adapter. Plus pa mobilization, installation charge and vat.
Just my thoughts, I don't recommend using LED light.
You will sacrifice the lighting comfort for energy efficiency, the intense glare source (due to high luminances) of every LED lights is terrible. unless, you have a very good
lenses and this lenses are expensive
at the moment. You will notice it after prolong exposure or usage of the LED light.

Mali kasi lighting namin sa bahay. Our room only has one socket in the middle tapos naka recessed housing pa. We need all the intensity we can get especially when the kids are studying. Most of the time naman if we don't need it bright we turn off everything and use the corner lamp which is enough to avoid stepping on evil Lego pieces.

Got two 9W and two 5.5W GES from Ace Aura. The sales reps were insisting I get Omni saying it had better output and a wider throw. I was not happy with the Omni CFLs I bought before so I stuck with GES.
Shadows are sharper compared to CFL but I can now read without straining my eyes. It also looks bluer than CFL white but I can live with it.

Just bought cdr king 7w led. Parang magkasinliwanag lang ang ges 4w on the same room. The ges was first installed and i decided to replace it with a higher one because nahinaan ako and bought cdr king. To my dismay, it seemed that it has the same brightness or light output as the ges.
Wala naman yun e14 type na firefly LED.
