or pang videos (dvd/vcd+)) players lang siya?

Depende sa iyo kung ano ang gusto mong source ng panonoorin mo. Kung gusto mong manuod lang ng local channels, gamit ka ng rabbit ears antenna (kung masasagap). Kung gusto mo ng HBO, CNN, etc, cable ang kailangan. Kung gusto mo manuod ng DVD movies, kailangan mo ng DVD player.
But thinking about it (again), I think I know what you mean ...
If it's called a plasma or LCD TV, it should have a built-in TV and/or cable TV tuner.
If it's a plasma or LCD monitor, then it's just a video display that needs an external source (TV/cable tuner, DVD player, computer or other video sources).
