I'm using Opera 9.22 to browse Tsikot, and after any page finishes loading, it freezes for a while as it requests for data from kontera.com around 3 to 5 times.

I don't know if any else has noticed it, but for me, it slows down the browsing process. Is there anything that can be done regarding this script so it isn't so distracting?

If sa Firefox nagpi-freeze because of kontera.com, try Adblock, its a Firefox Addon. It can block kontera.com scripts, and other scripts or html elements as well.

Uhhm additional tip lang, you can use "*" para mas madali mag-block.

    e.g. *.kontera.com/*

I wasn't even aware of Kontera.com. Must be Ad Block in Firefox doing its job. Sure enough, there's Kontera.com when I mouse over the Ad Block icon.

    try nyo to.

    DOS prompt:
    notepad c:\windows\system32\drivers\etc\hosts

type nyo na lang certain website na ayaw nyong ma-access pati na rin mga anak nyo.

    Hmm...
Ganito siguro ginagawang "redirection technique" sa mga LANs, like sa mga school computer labs and OFFICES.

I wonder san mo natutunan yan?
