How to password-protect USB flashdrive?

How can I make my USB flashdrive to ask for a password to access its files everytime it is inserted into the USB port?

when i bought my Imation FD from cdr-king may kasama na sya password protection sofware baka pwede mo install sayo... you can download it from http://imation.com/support/drivers/ImationLOCK.exe

It seems I can't use this with my non-Imation flashdrive.

Tried this, but TrueCrypt must be installed in the computer before I can access the flashdrive, which means I can't access the flashdrive from a borrowed computer.

I won't be using my flashdrive in linux or mac computers.

Same din sya sa truecrypt. You will need to install the software in the PC before you can access the protected folder in the flashdrive. So kung makikigamit ka ng PC, you can't access the flashdrive.
