The point is why are they treating complaint companies as if they're guilty? ... They should stop sending harassment letters.

Honestly, this is a fishing expedition by the "anti-piracy" group simply because it's probably near the end of a major software company's fiscal year.

Not surprised sir on how they present themselves kasi nga backed by government agencies etc. etc...

Pinababayaan ko lang yan to visit the offices kasi kahit magkalkal sila dun for sure lahat yun compliant with matching certification pa from the vendor na nag conduct na sila ng software audit...

taga BSA ba yung nagpadala ng letter? taga bullsh*it software alliance? hehe.
sabi nga sa taas - if you got nothing to hide e di magreply.
ok naman yung letter. pero legit ba yang PAPT?

Dati nga nakikisawsaw pa dyan Optical Media Board....

May T _ N _ A nga sila kasama dati na sumilip sa isang client ko hinahanap yung actual DVD installer ng Windows 7.... Hindi kasi nakakaintindi ng Enterprise License na may Software Assurance basta lang makahirit :lol:
