Downloading now and 6 minutes to go (but the loading bar is only 1/3)

Yep. I noticed it needs quite a lot of space so I erased some apps, photos and videos. Guess what, after freeing space it now wants wifi connectivity and I'm nowhere near one... bummer

I got tired from updating over the air.
I plugged it to a computer with iTunes, done in about 15 minutes.

Possible bug on iPhone 5, you might not be able to turn on Location Services. This means Find my iPhone and Automatic Time Zone among others will not function.
