bagal talaga, tapos 3 days na ako tuwing log sa internet, lagi nagloloko, either redirected to their portal or error detected pls call hotline...then the smartbro staff lets me do a bunch of stuff just to tell me later on na wlang problema ang tower nila. told them eh, on the very first day i complained lahat ng settings ko sakto sa kelangan nyo, and this only happens when i logon at around 6pm onwards. wala pa rin sila maisagot na matino. puro monitor nyo for 24 hours.
