That's nothing. There are people here with more than me.......

Besides, the HP laptop is on its last legs. I'm debating whether it's still worth it to have it repaired or just to simply take the hard drive and trash the rest of it.

The two AMD XP 1700+'s are over 6-years old. They're still ok for surfing/office/homework stuff.

Oh yeah. I forgot to include my old DIY P3-733 with XP Home/Mandriva Linux: 320mb

That's what happens when we live in an area with a school district that uses Macs.

    We got rid of:
My daughter's iBook 800 (slow G3, still has Jaguar)
My daughter's DIY Athlon XP 1700+ pc (overheating and I'm too lazy to overhaul the heatsink/fans/cooling flow, dead secondary IDE port)
For now, my daughter's strictly Mac-only.

We also got rid of my old HP Pavilion ze5270 laptop because it's completely dead and it's not cost-effective to repair.

So now, this is our current list:

My DIY AMD X2 4200+ Tower with XP: 2gb
My new Toshiba Laptop AMD X2 Turion with Vista Home Premium: 2gb
My Mac Mini Core Duo with Tiger: 1gb
The wife's Sager P4 1.8ghz laptop with XP Home: 1gb
The wife's DIY AMD XP 1700+ tower with Vista Home Basic: 1gb
The daughter's Mac Mini Core Duo with Tiger: 512mb

My daughter also received a new entry-level MacBook courtesy of her school district. I like, I like
