How to download games on NDS?

I know this is possible, I have my R4 now and it is intalled with 30 games. I bought my NDS last week in HK. I just want to know how will I download free games into my NDS. any site would be great. TIA

on your google type frozen roms, then off you go. all the latest roms. better look into your nds package if the r4 has included converter. the roms may need to be converted.

gawd! I checked the package, it has mini disc. guess what, its written in chinese. btw, I checked the disc, it has imgview0.6 for R4, moonshell-1.6, R4 使用说明书, R4DS ROM 减肥工具, R4DS 存档转换.. so, any idea which one to use for converting roms?

boybs, 1399hkd yung NDS Lite. sa citicall ko nabili mongkok. yung R4 naman 580hkd installed with 30 games. Yung R4, Micro SD na pwede magsave ng mga games. I think mas ok to compare sa PSP. meron kas slot ang NDS na pang games talaga(UMD) saka pang MMC(R4).

Oo nga noh. kala kasi namin mas mura sa hk eh. Oo nga pala meron nga pala magkaiba nga rin pala yung mmc saka umd slot. hahaha! yung R4, dko alam literal na meaning eh, pero same lang sya as mmc ng function. for downloaded games. i think mas madali compare sa psp. marunong ka ba magdownload sa psp?

hi gmz - just gone through r4's website, it supports clean roms, which means the roms you download from the site i previously told you can be drag nd drop into the micro sd card directly without conversion. when you download a rom from the site, it is usually in .rar or .zip form, extract the file with .nds. thats the rom. enjoy

remember to download the english version of games, because the site host all kinds of roms, even jap, german and italian roms.

My question: can I play GBA roms in the NDS? Hindi kasi lumalabas sa games selection screen yung mga GBA roms.

nako ser, nung isang araw nag ym ako busy ka ata eh. i've been very busy a couple of days. hehe. hhmm, hindi ko lang sure kung pwede ang gba roms sa nds. natry mo na ba magpaste ng isang game sa mmc? pag hindi lumalabas sa list baka hindi pwede. anyways, ano yung 5dvd of nds roms? mura naman pagkakakuha mo. sana dito na lang kami bumili sa ph. btw, sa sister ko un.

Yes, nagdownload ako ng GBA rom and copied it sa MicroSD, hindi lumabas dun sa list. Yung laman nung 5DVDs, yun din yata mga andun sa frozen roms na site.

regarding pala dun sa problem mo (GBA roms on DS). based sa na research ko, since you're using the R4 flash cart (slot 1) wala syang support ng GBA games. For GBA game support: you may need the M3Lite Perfect or SC lite + Superkey (slot 2).

NazQ, so far wala pa naman problem, hindi pa naman nagrereklamo anak ko Nahahawakan ko lang naman yung DS lite kung magpapa-add or delete ng games ang anak ko :bwahaha:

Sayang nga at walang support for GBA games ang R4.

using my dslite with r4 for 2 months now, no problem what so ever. the beauty of r4 is it supports clean roms, meaning roms usually downloaded from the net are clean roms. if you use sc lite + super key, you still need to convert the roms to sc lites format. although ang maganda sa sc lite, it supports gba roms, kaya kung may mga old gba roms ka, you can play it sa dslite mo.

i first bought sc lite and super key, used it for 6 months bago nasira yung sc lite. i was planning to buy another one again when the shops i went to advise me to just get the r4. cheaper naman sya, 1500 lang without the micro sd. if you get the super key = sc lite combi, it will set you back to around 2.5-2.7 w/o micro sd card also.

Just bought a set also. NDS Lite (220V) with R4 for 10T, 1GB miniSD * 800, Dragon clear cover for 250. Where'd you buy yours? You got it for almost same price as mine but with 2GB already. Got mine from this guy on eBay.ph.
