Smart has been trying call us about renewing the postpaid of my family. Nung nagpunta kami ng smart rep is trying to make it look like a new contract will upgrade us to a higher GB per month and unli call and text and free Netflix. We are aware that we have that already, the rep just want us to sign a new 1 year contract for basically nothing new. When we said wag na lang then that's the time he offered as 30% discount on monthly for 6 months.
Kailangan ka mag backout para ibigay yung benefit for long time subscribers?
