Smart has been trying call us about renewing the postpaid of my family. Nung nagpunta kami ng smart rep is trying to make it look like a new contract will upgrade us to a higher GB per month and unli call and text and free Netflix. We are aware that we have that already, the rep just want us to sign a new 1 year contract for basically nothing new. When we said wag na lang then that's the time he offered as 30% discount on monthly for 6 months.

Kailangan ka mag backout para ibigay yung benefit for long time subscribers?

My building ba smart sa Makati? Kung hindi maayos ito, smart will just close all their outlets in Makati. Apektado kaya ang cell sites nila sa Makati?

I think the issue kasi is franchise taxes. Franchise fee typically includes a percentage of gross sales which is why it's necessary to present the nationwide income.

Gross receipts dapat basehan not gross sales. But yeah, the SC needs to rule on this franchise fee kasi if nationwide na, eh may income tax na din, parang double taxation na mangyayari. Tsaka yung LGU ng Makati, parang magiging nationwide na din ang coverage ng local taxes nila.

Better talaga magkaroon ng final ruling na dito ang SC para may jurisprudence na.

Wala na discount for Netflix pero ok lang, for 12 months lalabas na makakatipid pa din ako ng 3K..
Same pa din unli call to all networks and landline.. Nag-iba lang sa Data, from 20GB downgrade sa 5GB..
Sim only pa din ako, wala pa din ako balak bumili ng bagong phone..
Natuwa ako kanina, pagkuha ko ng number ako na agad, no waiting time..

Hindi, nakakatuwa nga kasi tinulungan nya pa ako mag-compute kung magkano maititipid ko.. [emoji2956][emoji1305] At ang bilis nya mag-process, parang 5mins lang ata tapos na kami.. Kudos sa quality ng customer service ni ate..

Some would offer a better deal. Yung akin plan 999 din. They offered 6 months of minus ₱300. Kinuha ko naman. Saka sulit na rin yung ₱150 deduction sa Netflix.

puro outdated pa ang mga phones nang Globe.. my contract ends in January.. planning on switching to Smart..

They get priority during peak hours ... prepaid usually dropped calls if call is more than 10-15 minutes ... you can recover SIM number ... using prepaid also ... you can get unli call and SMS 30 days for about 350 pesos compared to 599 postpaid ...

Matagal nang mas maganda or cheaper ang offers ng prepaid vs postpaid. The only advantage of a postpaid is the bundled phone which subs cannot buy in cash. Or for some companies who want to issue high end phones to executives but cannot justify the capital expense can usually get it through negotiated postpaid plans.

Is there an advantage of getting a smartphone thru telcos vs credit cards 0% interest? Almost same concept eh, Sa telco you will pay for the unit for 24 months + naka lock ka pa sa telco. Sa CC you will pay for it for 24 months din + a sim only plan which usually has a higher data allocation compared to device plan with same monthly.

I've been with Globe for over 2 decades and never got a phone in my entire life I always choose bill reduction and the phone isn't really free diba? Installment pa rin yun?
