i wonder,
can we make a formal complaint to these companies, and demand that they stop sending us their infomercials?

Try going to the business center doc and inquire why you receive such, baka sakali may magawa sila. Pwede din kasi may nakabili na ng list of postpaid from telcos, we won't really know. At least sa BC eh baka meron sila capacity to tone down or at least limit intrusive messages.

Or baka meron sila mas magandang palusot, entertain yourself na lang hehe
