reminds me of mobilines promo years back.you're charged by the seconds you use.so if you made a 1:10sec call that would equal to 9petot.against 13 petot if charging aply at 6.50petot a minute.
makes sense to me.

the bottomline is, at least telcos gave us users another option to save our hard earn money. txtnonstop is still the best..sulit P50 bucks ko for 5 days of unlimited globe to globe text...and i can tell you..wla talaga limit..galing
